Group tickets, school visits, and private tours

Special arrangements exist for parties of 20 or more; smaller groups purchase individual timed tickets like everyone else.

Group tickets (20+ people)

SETE offers group rates for parties from 20 to 400 people, coordinated via the dedicated group-sales channel. Groups get a reserved arrival window and dedicated staff to route them through security. The rate is usually 15–20% below individual adult prices and requires an advance deposit.

School and youth-organization visits

Educational institutions from all over the world can request the school group rate, which is further discounted from the standard group rate. Requirements: minimum of 20 students, a teacher or guide accompanying every 10 students, proof of educational status on the school's letterhead. Free access for accompanying teachers within the ratio.

Private tours

SETE also runs guided tours in English, French, Spanish, German, Italian, Japanese, Russian, Chinese and Portuguese. A guided tour typically lasts 1–1.5 hours, covers the ground level up to the second floor, and is capped at 25 guests. From €49.90 per adult; discounted for children and youth in the same brackets as general admission.

Corporate events & private hire

The tower's first-floor pavilions can be privatised for evening events — cocktails, dinners, receptions. This is a service coordinated by SETE's events team and involves bespoke pricing (typically starting in the low five figures for a private evening with catering).
